When creating and submitting ads/artwork, please follow our guidelines:

• Submit ads to size as PDF with all fonts embedded.
• Short file names with no spaces or illegal characters such as: &, *, /
• All colors and images must be CMYK.
• No spot colors.
• All images must be CMYK, Tiff.
• No RGB images, no JPEGs.
• Microsoft Publisher built files are not accepted.

Production Charges
• Ads can be designed in-house at additional charge for advertisers who cannot supply their own ads. Touch-up or revisions to copy or graphics or adding special messages is available at an additional charge.
