Payment and Cancellation policy: Balance due prior to deadline date as specified. Separate artwork invoice (if any) balance due prior to deadline as specified. Separate artwork invoice (if any) balance will require full payment upon final proof or deadline date as specified. Cancellation within 30 days of publication will result in advertiser/agency being billed for half the cost of the confirmed space. Advertisers and/or their authorized agent who do not fulfill their special frequency rate will be back billed at the one-time rate. Advertisers and/or their authorized agent are responsible for all legal fees, attorney fees and court costs for nonpayment.

Agreement by Advertiser:

I, the undersigned, acknowledge request for ad space in House Hound magazine as detailed on this form and attest that I am authorized to buy such space. I agree to abide by the regulations stipulated by House Hound magazine including 1) advertising sizes 2) advertising/artwork formats accepted 3) cancellation policy. The publisher reserves the right to determine appropriate advertising and reject or omit advertising for any reason. The publisher reserves the right to place the word “Advertisement” with copy resembling editorial matter. The publisher reserves the right to request prepayment in full from first-time advertisers. The publisher is not responsible for errors appearing in advertisement due to late delivery of material from advertiser or supplier. The advertiser and/or his agent agree to assume all liability for content of ads printed and must be fully authorized for use of the ad’s content, including, but not limited to, persons’ names and pictures, testimonials, and any copyrighted or trademarked material.
